SLPs Care for Oklahoma

Unless you have been avoiding all media, social media, and social contact, you've probably heard about the tornadoes that ripped through Moore Oklahoma earlier this month.  The tornadoes leveled homes, demolished two elementary schools, and devastated communities.  Four SLPs were deeply affected by the tornadoes - they lost all of their materials as a result.  I would find it hard if I lost even a fraction of my materials, so my heart definitely goes out to these SLPs.  Many other SLP bloggers clearly feel the same way!  The SLP blogging community has joined together to help those affected by contacting major corporations and app developers for donations, as well as by bundling some of our TPT products!

To view the TPT bundles, "Two Moore Ways to Support SLPs," you can click HERE.  When you purchase, you get over $100 worth of materials from your favorite SLP bloggers for a small fraction of the price!  All of the proceeds will be used to replenish the materials and supplies that were lost.  I've never been more proud to be an SLP or an SLP Blogger!  We really do have a wonderful and supportive community!

To find out more information on how you can help, click on the photo below.  You will be taken to Amy Minor's blog - Major Speech Pathology Fun by a Minor Girl.  Amy works for the school district that lost two elementary schools.  She is coordinating the donations.

Also, you can visit the SLPs Care for Oklahoma's Facebook page for updates!  Thank you to everyone who has worked on and who has supported this project!  I do hope you will consider purchasing the bundles.
